The Huashida 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Coating Production Line is engineered to deliver reliable and high-efficiency corrosion protection for steel pipelines widely used in oil, gas, and water transmission projects.

The production line integrates complete processing systems, including steel pipe conveying, surface preparation, dust collection, pipe heating, electrostatic powder spraying, adhesive and polyethylene coating, water cooling, edge trimming, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems, inspection units, and intelligent electrical control systems. This ensures stable operation, precise coating performance, and consistent product quality.

3PE can strengthen the pipeline's mechanical properties, high electrical resistance, waterproof, wearable, anti-aging.

Packaged by wrapping film, the charge should be beard if used wooden pallet or wooden case demanded by buyer.

-The guarantee period is 12 months for machinable parts, 6monthes for electrical parts.  After the end of the Guarantee period the Supplier is obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.  
-During a warranty period of exploitation the Seller undertakes to execute warranty service of the equipment, troubleshooting and replacement of out of service spares, except for breakings, bound with incorrect exploitation of the equipment by the Buyer.
-Seller provide the technical service with free, and training the workers of buyers.

The product pipe fully complies with  SY/T0315-2005 ,CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe and Canada, American Corrosion Association standards.
