The HDPE hollow wall corrugated pipes - also known as structured wall pipes - produced by this extrusion line feature a unique structural design that delivers high ring stiffness, excellent impact resistance, and lightweight performance.

These pipes offer outstanding creep resistance, superior external load-bearing capacity, and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts, ensuring a service life of up to 50 years even in demanding environments.

Developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. , this winding pipe extrusion line integrates advanced domestic and international technologies, enabling the production of pipes with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 3000 mm.

Widely used in municipal sewage and drainage systems, it serves as an ideal replacement for traditional cement pipes, cast iron pipes, and other conventional materials.
