3. Spiral Forming Unit:

   • The glue extruder is adjustable in multiple directions, and the PLC computer control system with a touch screen facilitates automated and reliable operation.

4. Cutting Unit:

   • Features saw cutting for desired lengths, controlled by an OMRON or MITSUBISHI PLC computer system with a touch screen for automated and reliable operation.

5. PLC Control System:

   • Equipped with high-speed processing and large storage capacity.
   • Multi-control points allow synchronous auto-tail control of forming pipe extrusion, melting adhesive extrusion, winding, and cutting processes.
   • Supports separate control of two extruders and the winding unit using two touch screens.
